Chris is a seasoned professional with a lifetime of experience in the title industry. Growing up with most of his immediate family in the industry, Chris was exposed to the business at a young age. He started on his path in the early 90s, performing title searches and abstracts for First American while simultaneously attending the University of Central Florida.

Chris’s vast experience and expertise have earned him a reputation as a trusted partner in the industry. He has worked exclusively with a new construction builder for their closings, which gave him a unique perspective on the new construction homebuilding process and different types of land and development transactions. The builder remains a loyal client to this day.

In 2001, Chris had his first ownership opportunity with a new title company, where he managed business development, employee management, and day-to-day operations. Within four years, the company grew to an average of 150+ monthly closings before being presented with an opportunity to sell to a national underwriter.

In 2005, Chris opened TrustLand Title, which quickly became the preferred closing agent for several homebuilders, developers, and real estate companies. The company grew to consistently close 150+ transactions per month in residential and commercial transactions.

With over two decades of experience in the industry, Chris has opened several subsequent title companies since 2013. He serves as the preferred closing agent for various local and national homebuilders, REALTORS, and financial institutions. These companies consistently close over 450 monthly transactions and are recognized as one of Tennessee’s top title agents for First American Title Insurance Company.
